Congratulations are in order for Oscar-winning actress Natalie Portman and her dancing fool-turned-model of a fiance Benjamin Millepied. Last night, People.com reported that the couple welcomed a bouncing baby boy to their family.
The couple met when Millepied took on the job of choreographing the ballet movie Black Swan, which Portman starred in and won an Oscar for. Since it debuted, the two have been seen together on red carpets all over the world — and had Portman’s growing baby bump.
And while Portman was busy accepting awards left and right, Millepied has been working to distinguish himself as an artist (not a movie star). Still, that hasn’t stopped him from working like a celebrity — he’s in an upcoming independent film and recently starred in an ad for French fashion house Yves Saint Laurent.
The couple hasn’t named their son yet (or if they have, they haven’t released the name), but there are already a few things we know about this child: he’s going to have a pretty sick life, he stands a good chance of being really good looking, and his parents will love him more than they’ll be able to say. Also, how cute is he going to look as the ring bearer/guest of honor at mom and dad’s upcoming wedding?
