If anyone can pull of the au naturel look, it’s Natalie Portman. However, when your husband is the man of the hour, it doesn’t hurt to stand out. For hubby Benjamin Millepied’s L.A. Dance Project Inaugural Benefit Gala, the actress opted for her go-to Dior selecting an orangey-red dress with a subtle high-low hemline.
Her ensemble wasn’t exactly one for the books, especially with the minimal makeup and all one label (her color block heels and clutch are Dior as well). Even though the peek-a-boo pink lining of her dress adds a little interest, this is the first time we’ve seen Portman on a red carpet in a while, and it feels a little ho-hum. We just love when she really goes for it. Then again, she’s Natalie Portman, who are we to tell her what to do?
